How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing Support@OmniGuitars.com.

To ensure you are not charged for your next billing cycle, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled renewal date. Once your cancellation request is processed, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period and will not renew.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can monitor your package every step of the way. Depending on the size of your order, items will arrive in a protective bubble mailer or shipping box.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.

Delivery times vary depending on the product and destination, but most orders arrive within 8-14 business days after shipment. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Please note that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary based on the product and destination.

Many of our products include free shipping. If a product qualifies, it will be clearly marked with a "Free Shipping" label on the product page.

What is your return policy?

Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.

To qualify for a refund, returned products must be in the same condition they were received and include the original packaging whenever possible.
