Shipping Policy

We at OMNI GUITARS work with suppliers around the world to source high quality products. Our suppliers typically ship items within one to five days (also known as handling time) after receiving an order. From that point, it takes approximately 10-20 days for items to arrive. Shipping time frames are based on your specific location - depending on your location, the order could take up to 4 weeks (28 days) to arrive.

As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at.

Shipping is and always will be free regardless of your location unless otherwise stated.

We have fulfillment centers located in the United States, Europe, Canada and China.

Wrong Address:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that your shipping address is correctly entered during checkout - please contact us immediately at support@omniguitars.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address

Email notifications received 24 hours after the order has been proceed may not be eligible for an address correction. We will do our absolute best to make sure your shipment gets to the correct destination so reach out if you have any issues.
